Matters related with refund:

Our clients can make a claim of refund without showing a reason within 15 days beginning from their yearly account starting date. Depending on the account type, there could be a 10% installment wage deduction. Refunding is only valid for hosting services. Domain registrations are not included in payback since they are registered yearly and there is not a possibility of calling them off. If there are both hosting and domains in the service that you have bought, you will be paid back by reducing the domain registration fee. The refunding feature is valid only for Windows / Linux hosting and Windows / Linux reseller.


For refunding, it is necessary for the customers to inform us via email including all their account information. Additionally, they should send us a bank account number to which they want to be sent the payback money.  The refunding transactions for customers sending necessary information after 15 days, beginning from the pay day, are not processed.


Refunding transaction eventuates within approximately 10 working days after approved by us.
